Orders are processed within one business day from our fulfilment centre in Georgia. Our carrier collects daily around midday Eastern, so orders placed before then usually leave the same day; anything after that ships the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Standard orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. As a guide, allow 1-3 business days to the East Coast and 3-5 business days to the West Coast once dispatched. Transit times are set by the carrier and can vary, particularly around holidays.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched, so you can follow it door to door.

Expedited options are available at checkout through USPS and UPS, with rates based on weight and destination. For most customers we recommend USPS Priority, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days at a much lower cost than next-day services.

Yes. We deliver to PO boxes as well as APO and FPO addresses.

At the moment we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries and will announce it as soon as it's available.

Our fulfilment centre closes for Thanksgiving and for roughly two weeks over Christmas and New Year. Orders placed during a closure are dispatched as soon as the facility reopens. We publish the final order date before each closure and email you in advance so you can plan ahead.

Yes, as long as the shipping label hasn't been created yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once the label is generated, the address can no longer be changed, so please double check your details at checkout.

Check your tracking link first, as parcels occasionally take a day or two longer than expected. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you and handle the carrier claim on our end.

This usually means the carrier scanned it early or left it somewhere unexpected. Please check with neighbours, building staff, and around your property. If it still hasn't turned up within a day, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement while we raise it with the carrier.

We'll replace it. Send us a photo of the bottle and the outer box along with the lot number from the label so we can log it. For your safety, please don't take anything from a bottle whose seal is damaged or missing.

Send us photos of the outer box and its contents. If the product inside is affected, we'll replace it and file the carrier claim ourselves, so there's nothing further you need to do.

Returned parcels can't be re-dispatched, so please get in touch and we'll arrange a fresh shipment. Confirming your address is complete and correct at checkout is the best way to avoid this.

Our products are stored at 55-75°F before dispatch. We can't control conditions once a parcel is with the carrier, but we'd always rather replace something you're unsure about than have you take it. Send us a photo and the lot number and we'll sort it out.
